All medical plans include pharmacy coverage through Express Scripts. 

Express Scripts provides retail options at convenient locations all over town. 

You can also order home delivery online, by phone, using mail-order forms or through the free Express Scripts mobile app. 

You can pick up 90-day maintenance prescriptions at places like Costco, HEB, Randalls and Walmart or have them delivered to your home. (Please note: CVS and Walgreens are not 90-day retailers.)

As long as you are enrolled in the Memorial Hermann ACO and Choice POS medical plans, generic drugs for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, or diabetes (inlcuding injectable insulin) remain available at no cost to you. You will need to purchase 90-day supplies through Express Scripts or at an Express Scripts retail pharmacy partner. This program does not apply to the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

The plan does not cover prescriptions filled at non-participating pharmacies (please note: CVS and Walgreens are not 90-day retailers).
